Allison has worked in the human resources and business administration industry for over 3 years. Her talents and interests include behavioral profiling, HRIS system management, policy analysis and development, and risk management. She graduated with honours in 2010 from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, with a Minor in Psychology. In 2011, she returned to Laurier to complete her post-degree studies in Human Resources Management.
Kate has over 10 years’ experience functioning as a senior member of Human Resources teams across many different industries. As a strategic partner she provides guidance and support advising business leaders on optimizing the workplace experience and becoming an employer of choice. Kate has extensive professional experience providing superior consultation and support to clients on issues related to Employee Relations, Employment Law, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation and Employment Branding.
Jennifer Has Over 10 Years Experience In Human Resources. Her Experience Includes Supervising A Benefits Department That Was Responsible For Administering Benefits And Pension To Over 25,000 Employees. For The Past Five Years, She Was Responsible For Business Process Analysis And Redesign Within The Human Resources Department Of A Large Municipal Government.
Kari has over 14 years experience working as a leader within customer facing organizations, and over 20 years experience in business environments. Having worked within operations up to the Director level, she is acutely aware of the relationship between driving business outcomes and a company’s human capital practices. Over the course of her career she has been able to use her expertise to assist leaders, teams, and organizations to improve their people practices to enhance corporate results. She is familiar with the spectrum of HR work, but her passion lies in strategic planning – developing clear goals and objectives, planning and execution of processes with the outcome being a better bottom line. The associated benefit of engaged employees and enhanced customer service are always a part of her approach.
Marly has over 15 Years’ Experience As a Human Resources Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alberta, as well as her CHRP designation. Marly’s experience ranges in a variety of industries from insurance, to hospitality, to manufacturing, to transportation. Key focuses have been employment branding, recruitment, employee engagement as well as labour relations.
Andrea has over 12 years of Customer Service experience in the hospitality industry. Her abilities cover a broad scope from staff and management training, project management and local marketing, to event planning, public and client relations as well as other culture initiatives. Andrea holds a BFA from Ryerson University.
